Food and Fermentation is a blog about our beers, food and other consumable things. We live in the Upper Valley and work quite a bit but like to travel when we're not in lab, trying new things along the way.

John is a graduate student, beer enthusiast and has lately developed an affinity for fine cheeses. He enjoys good guitar riffs, photography, black coffee and being outdoors on the side.

Jen is a graduate student and foodie with a big soft spot for good beer. She likes to draw, cook/bake and tinker on the piano when she isn't outside exploring. She prefers a good cuppa, though the french press may change that.
